Exponent v2.4.0 Released!

Exponent v2.4.0 was released to plug numerous security vulnerabilities which had been reported since the release of v2.3.9 (and v2.3.9patch1), even though most of them exist in all versions of Exponent 2.0. Therefore, this version supercedes all previous versions of Exponent 2.x and becomes the new baseline.

Additionally, we've finally integrated support for screen readers (accessibility) which the federal government mandates for many public web sites.
