Exponent v2.3.0 Released

Exponent v2.3.0 offers a new user experience to this venerable and robust Content Management System!  While many of these new touches are optional at this point, they move the software into a newer direction.  

Highlighted updates in this new version are:

  - adds an alternate/optional WYSIWYG editor - TinyMCE (works on Android devices)          
  - adds an alternate/optional file manager - elFinder (uses an OS file manager paradigm)         
  - greatly improves automated SEO, providing rich meta data to search engines, including Google+ blog author linking
  - adds preliminary support for the Twitter Bootstrap v3 framework, including a new Admin user interface
  - greatly enhances mobile and touch support
  - adds 'workflow features to aid multi-user web sites with 'revisions' and 'approval' features
  - plus many more new features and fixes too numerous to list
